A little bit about me.
When I was in kindergarten I wanted to be an artist when I grew up, by which I meant I wanted to wear a smock and a beret and paint on a big easel. I still love art, but now I mean making the world around me a little bit more beautiful and useful.
I have a B.A. in Television and Radio Production, with a minor in Art History and Photography from Indiana University. I've been designing with Macintosh computers since 1986. I've worked as a professional photographer for the art museum of the University of Wisconsin, and as assistant director of communications for Montpelier, the home of James and Dolley Madison.
I'm also a bluegrass bass player, singer, and songwriter, and in my spare time I sell antiques and vintage collectibles at modernpoetry.
